What an awesome God we worship! Although He is all almighty and the creator of all, yet He humbles Himself and tells His disciples “we will come and make OUR HOME with each [one].” What a great honour and an undeserved grace that God grants those who LOVE HIM and so DO what He says!!
Let us therefore desire to be God’s home! Let us rejoice that He makes His dwelling within each one of us! This happens when we TRULY LOVE HIM from all our hearts and this love is manifested by our OBEDIENCE to His words and to us confirming to His live-giving commandments! Let us love Him wholeheartedly and put Him above all! Let’s submit all our will in His hands! Let us meditate regularly on His Love towards us and continue to experience more abundantly His very presence in our life!
God stands at the door of your heart and knocks, will you open to Him today by committing to love Him above all? By putting Him first and foremost in your life? By upholding His principles and values above any other ones from the world? By spreading His Good News to others? May I invite you to reflect on how you can become more and more a hospitable home for God today and every day!
